Get the clarity you need so you can do something different with your life.

Get Aligned to Uncover What’s Missing
I use an integrative approach to coaching that strives to align all parts of your being.
Body
Mind
Heart
Spirit
Our well-being is dependent on all of these components. For example, your mind influences the health of your body, just like your body can determine your mental health. By working with all factors, it sets you up for better results.

Not Sure if Coaching Is For You?
What to Expect in a Session
The format typically looks like this:
Identify the goal: We’ll begin each session by identifying what’s nagging at you the most. This can be something that you’ve been working on for a while, or even something that happened that morning.
Unpack the issues using a tool: We’ll use a different tool each time (quiz, assessment, worksheet, etc.) to better understand the challenges and opportunities that you’re dealing with.
Action and accountability: Together, we’ll come up with some specific actions for you to take in the coming week to pursue your goals. We’ll also identify how you can hold yourself accountable, stay on track, so that you know you’re making progress.

If you want to change something in your life, a coach can help you create a roadmap to get there.
Get clear about what you want
Remove what’s holding you back

I want our coaching relationship to be a good fit.
That’s why I offer a complimentary session for you to see what it’s like before you commit.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
A coach is a person who works with you to get unstuck — to change your career, repair relationships, unleash your energy — or simply help you know where you want to go and how to get there.
A coach is like a holistic manager looking at the big picture of your life, helping you to discover what's working and what's not. They’re an objective partner who can help you see things differently, identify blockages, and turn around beliefs that are holding you back.
-
Coaching is holistic, so any part of your life can be the topic for a session — career, health/wellness, money, spiritual development, family, friends, fun/recreation, etc. No matter what initially attracts you to coaching, it can help you bring balance and satisfaction to all parts of your life.
A coach can help if you're:
• You want to rebalance... Part of your life is working well, but maybe there’s one area that you want to improve.
• Facing a transition... Whether it's about a job, relationship, or other crossroads, you might feel apprehensive, stuck in a rut, or unclear about what you really want.
• Experiencing burnout... You're exhausted and tired. Nothing seems to be working; you're unhappy, frustrated, and caught up in the routine of your life, but you don't have a clue what you want anymore.
• Feeling bored or that something is missing... Your life works, but inwardly you know that you don’t have that spark. You want to take your experience to the next level — to know that your life has purpose and that you're making a difference.

Tools will vary based on your learning style and the focus for a session. Some examples are worksheets, breath work, movement, mantras, affirmations, tapping, and meditation.

We’ll meet via video for 50 minutes. Once you set the topic and agenda, I'll ask you questions and lead you through an exercise related to your goals, then help you identify creative ways to deal with any obstacles. Before we wrap up, we’ll develop a homework assignment for you to work on before your next session. If you commit to the process, you'll find the real benefits of coaching show up between the sessions.

I work with many different kinds of people, so I don’t have one specialty.
However, based on my own life experience, I have personal knowledge about chronic illness, concussions, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, fitness enhancement, nutrition, stress and anxiety, spirituality, and neuroplasticity.
-
I specialize in using a holistic approach that looks to make a connection between mind, body, heart, and soul. This integrative approach empowers my clients to embody the life they want to attain.

Self-coaching usually falls short because it's hard to be objective and hold yourself accountable. A coach provides a sounding board, a second opinion, another perspective, motivation, and accountability. Coaches are trained to listen for your passion, ask powerful questions, and impart encouragement — this can be the difference between dreaming about a better future and actually achieving one.
-
I generally recommend committing to 6 sessions.
Coaching is a transformative process, and transformation takes time. People tend to stay on track best with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, and when they spend time on homework assignments in between sessions.

A 24-hour advance notice is required for cancellations. A notice shorter than that, or missing an appointment without notice, will incur a charge for the full cost of the session.
