Hi, I’m Jinan,
I’m a Resilience Coach. I know what it’s like to feel trapped in a life that no longer suits you. But I also know what it’s like to recover from setbacks feeling stronger than ever before.
Through the coaching process, I can help you move in a new direction.
Step 1: Set goals.
We’ll identify your aspirations and desires. You may already know what you want to achieve. But if you have no idea, I’ll ask the right questions to help you figure that out.
Step 2: Eliminate barriers.
Life is filled with obstacles and challenges that can hinder your progress. In our coaching sessions, we’ll use various tools and techniques to help you navigate through any barriers, so you can discover new pathways toward your goals.
Step 3: Make a plan.
Taking action is vital to turn aspirations into tangible results. Together, we’ll create a plan of action that resonates with you.
Step 4: Get accountability.
A plan is only good if it’s implemented and revisited regularly. As your coach, that’s where I can help. I’ll hold you accountable to what you want to achieve, so that you make significant strides toward your desired outcomes.
